Registration Information We have reached full capacity at our conference facilities, so registration for the Symposium is now closed. To make changes to an existing registration, please contact us at 518-399-2776. We would like to call to your attention our next national event – the 2007 Model Schools Conference, scheduled for June 30 – July 3 in Washington, DC. More information on the Model Schools Conference can be found on the Conference website at www.modelschoolsconference.com. The School Reinvention Symposium for Grades 6-12 starts Friday, October 27 at 8:30 a.m. and ends Sunday, October 29 at 12 noon. Registration Fee of $425 Includes:

Purchase Orders Each individual on a purchase order should complete a copy of the registration form below. Enclose all forms with the purchase order. Please indicate a contact person on purchase orders for more than one person. Cancellation Policy Cancellations requested in writing before October 1 will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations requested between October 2 and 20 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after that date, but you may send another person in your place. Special Services If you are disabled and require special services, please attach a description of your needs. Special housing requirements should be discussed directly with the hotel. |
