At a time when local and state budgets are being negatively impacted by the economic downturn, efficient and effective use of federal funds becomes all the more critical for districts, schools and their leadership.  While the stimulus funds will certainly help our education system, these funds will be only a partial and temporary solution to the fiscal challenges facing districts and schools as they seek to improve the performance of all students. Districts/schools must find a way to allocate their limited resources to those tools, strategies, and procedures that will result in the most efficient and effective use of available dollars.

Now, more than ever, we can work with your district or school to continue to improve performance through effective and efficient use of resources.
