Strategies and Best Practices to Address Florida's Most Urgent Education Needs

Informed by our 5-year study of the nation’s most rapidly improving schools—conducted in partnership with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and the Gates Foundation – we will share best practices in addressing the most significant challenges Florida educators face today:
  • Operationalizing effective teacher evaluation systems in the face of inadequate time and scarce resources without taking away from other crucial leadership responsibilities
  • Preparing students for annual academic growth even as higher standards and more rigorous assessments increase proficiency requirements

These professional development workshops will help district and school leaders navigate the rapidly changing education landscape in Florida. There is no cost to attend and the workshops are open to all K-12 educators in Florida. Please RSVP by the date specified below to the event that is most convenient for you (you do not need to live or work in the county to attend).
