Differentiated Instruction



An initiative focused on introducing and practicing differentiated instruction will help teachers become better facilitators of learning for all students. In this workshop, participants will receive training and guided practice in differentiated instruction and learn how to guide students down personalized paths to achievement. The workshop will focus on how teachers can differentiate for content and process and provide techniques to manage the differentiated classroom. Teachers also will learn about grouping and assessment strategies and how to address state standards and assessments. The workshop will provide sample lessons and assessments and introduce the concept of team teaching.
