We Lead — Whole Staff Survey
Participants will have the opportunity to involve their schools in the We Lead — Whole Staff Survey at no charge ($600 value). Individual school results will be distributed at the Academy. The We Lead survey assesses how staff perceive the school administration. Findings from the survey provide valuable insight into the leadership and overall health of a school and can be used to guide whole school reform efforts aimed at fostering rich learning environments focused on rigor, relevance, and relationships for all students.
