This three-day academy will provide district/school leadership teams the opportunity to:

- Participate in activities that develop capacity to embrace change and build leadership.
- Acquire tools, resources, and strategies to enhance student learning and expand accountability beyond state tests to sustain improvement over time.
- Enhance their ability to create a culture within their schools that meets the needs of all learners.
- Learn best practices that contribute to developing leadership at all levels.
- Build upon the school's current strategies to enhance leadership capacity.
- Identify leadership behaviors that build positive relationships.
